Monique McNeill has practiced criminal defense for almost twenty years. She has extensive trial experience, including numerous acquittals. She has tried cases from misdemeanors to capital murder.

Monique has secured acquittals for clients on the most serious cases. She has acquitted clients on multiple robbery cases, sexual assault cases (including a 52 count sexual assault case), and in 2023 she was voted Defender of the Year by the Nevada Attorneys for Criminal Justice after winning back to back first-degree murder trials, including a capital murder.

Monique takes her role as an advocate seriously, and always remembers that her clients’ lives are at stake.

Monique also helped test some of the latest AI technology and has trained lawyers how to leverage AI in their law practice.

In her free time, she likes to bake, and she loves to travel. She enjoys watching football, especially her beloved Detroit Lions.
