Danielle Petkovich

Danielle was born and raised in Las Vegas. She attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas, where she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She then earned her Juris Doctorate from William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV. During law school, she continued to work full-time for the Las Vegas City Attorney’s Office. She also interned at the Clark County Public Defender’s Office and the Juvenile Division of the Clark County Public Defender’s Office. Danielle also was a student mediator for the Eighth Judicial District Court Family Mediation Center, where she helped parties resolve divorce, child custody disputes, and child support matters prior to litigation. During her law practice, she later became a mediator under the Nevada Supreme Court’s Eviction Mediation Program, where she helped landlords and tenants resolve eviction matters during the COVID pandemic.
Prior to joining Benjamin Durham Law as an attorney, Danielle had also worked as an attorney at a Las Vegas criminal defense firm. Her passion has always been criminal defense and she has tailored her career to that passion. She has worked on all cases, ranging from traffic tickets, to misdemeamors, to a wide range of serious felonies, including murders. Her goal is to help her clients reach the best possible result in their matter. She prides herself on communicating with her clients and ensuring that they feel comfortable throughout the entire process of their case.
In her free time, Danielle likes to work out, go to brunch and try new restaurants with friends, spend time with her pit bull, and any activity that involves being near the water.
